This website is operated by Swastisri Seva Welfare Foundation, a registered charitable organization under Indian law. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior written notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any revised guidelines.

2. Voluntary Donations & Contributions

All contributions made through our crowdfunding campaigns, emergency relief funds, or general donation forms are voluntary gifts to support our humanitarian programs:

• Donors must ensure they are using legitimate banking instruments and funds belonging to them.
• Once a donation is processed and an official receipt / 80G tax certificate is generated, it is subject to our Refund Policy guidelines.
• We reserve the right to allocate funds across our core social welfare sectors where humanitarian need is most urgent, while making every effort to honor specific campaign preferences.

3. Member Portal Conduct & Obligations

Registered members granted access to the Member Portal agree to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and act in adherence to the Foundation’s moral and code of conduct standards:

• Members shall not use the foundation's name, logo, or certificates for any unauthorized commercial, political, or personal gain.
• The Foundation’s governing committee reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate membership if any member is found engaging in activities detrimental to the NGO's reputation or against public welfare.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content displayed on this portal—including text, photographs, documentaries, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software code—is the property of Swastisri Seva Welfare Foundation and its technical design partner ZDC Tech Global Solutions, protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

While we make every effort to keep website information accurate, updated, and secure, the Foundation shall not be liable for any direct or indirect technical interruptions, third-party gateway delays, or temporary service outages. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of our registered headquarters.
